Stephanie Minor

Stephanie Minor serves as the Public Art Project Manager for the City of Durham’s General Services Department. She brings more than a decade of experience managing public art and sculpture projects, with a focus on collaboration, community engagement, and creative placemaking.

Before joining the City, Stephanie managed the studio at Liberty Arts from 2020 to 2022. Prior to relocating to Durham, she spent seven years in New York as a project manager at a fine art foundry and metal fabrication studio, where she oversaw casting and fabrication for large-scale works by internationally acclaimed artists.

Stephanie holds a BFA from Hartford Art School. She lives in northern Durham with her family, including her two children and three dogs, and is passionate about supporting local artists and expanding access to public art that reflects the voices and stories of Durham’s residents.
